  • 2017 - Present
    IT Consultant at IntegrationWorx

    • Certified Informatica Cloud data integration Specialist.
    • Implemented client’s business reports into Tableau by installing Tableau server on Google Cloud Platform with the tight deadline of 1 week.
    • Attended several webinars from DOMO University to get a better understanding of DOMO BI tool on deep analysis of real-time organizational data.
    • Provided internal training on BI tools such as DOMO, Power BI to other team members.
    • Discovering and masking sensitive user data using Informatica Test Data Management tool without affecting existing BI reports.

  • 2015 - 2017
    Data Analyst at New Flyer

    • Improving business process as an intermediary between Business and IT.
    • Collecting, analyzing and interpreting qualitative as well as quantitative data with statistical theories and methods.
    • Creating and publishing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports and dashboards to make important decisions.

    • Analyzed and implemented a new efficient approach to calculate the backlog over 10 years old existing method by using R. Presented and well appreciated by Manager and Director of the department.

  • 2013 - 2015
    Research Assistant at University of Winnipeg

    • Master’s Thesis: Personality prediction and its applications by using Social Media data (Big data analysis).
    • Project 1: Analysed a large amount of Facebook data for predicting personality from user’s publically available demographic information in social media (around 4,000,000 user’s data).
    • Collaborated with Cambridge University and MIT University for this project. Wrote a survey paper by reading around 150 research papers.
    • Project 2: Analysed data collected through a mobile based application such as SMS, Bluetooth, and accelerometer sensors etc. and prepared the analysis report to study human behavior for well-being and health benefits.
    • Extensively used Excel, SQL and SAS for manipulating, cleaning & processing data and machine learning concepts.
    • Developed the ability to perform necessary statistical experiments and interpretation of results using graphs.
    • Both the projects have been accepted and appreciated at Social Media & Society conference, presented in July 2015 in Toronto.

    • Updated and managed several data of current, prospective client’s database with accuracy and confidentiality, in accordance with Data Protection Principles.
    • I was responsible for loading, extracting and validation of client data.
